  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

  • Tracking Notification: You will receive a secondary notification containing a carrier tracking link the moment your shipment departs our facility.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates

4. Damages, Lost Packages, and Carrier Issues

  • Transit Damage: If you receive your package and the hardware has suffered structural damage during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and contact our team immediately at tpgrip@outlook.com.

  • Incorrect Address Delivery: Eliteautomods is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer at checkout. Please review your address details carefully prior to confirming your payment.
